Links4Trade lets you easily exchange links with its thousands of members. It's especially handy because your link pages are hosted on their web server. However, this can also be a major problem - search engines will see the reciprocal links to your site from Links4Trade members as coming from the Links4Trade server (which has thousands of links on it) rather than from the site that you've exchanged links with itself. This may be more or less of a problem depending on the search engine and how they curently have their algorithms tweaked, but given the cost, the value of this service is questionable.
